Conscious Flow has been working as a professional Chef for 16+ years in the hospitality industry within Michelin Starred and Hatted restaurants across Australia, Asia and Europe. Namely, Longrain (Sydney), Nahm (London), Nahm (Thailand) and Ormeggio at The Spit (Sydney); as well as Cooks Shed (Sydney). Throughout his career, Conscious Flow has been under the training, mentorship and guidance of renowned chef Martin Boetz (former Executive Chef of Longrain Sydney & Longrain Melbourne) and his world-renowned mentor David Thompson.

Within the lockdowns of 2020 the concept was simple enough - how can people experience high standard, restaurant quality meals at an affordable rate in the comfort of their own sanctuary, and, make it as simple as possible? All of the deliciousness with no fuss. Food is what brings us together.

What began with the development of a handmade artisan Modern Thai product range has seen Conscious Flow evolve into Wholesale Supplier (across Newcastle, Sydney & The Hawkesbury), Retreat & Event Catering, Menu & Venue Consultant, and In-Home Catering & Private Chef.
