Ideally paired with freshly squeezed lime juice and drizzled over crispy pork belly or fried seafood. Can also be used as a dipping sauce.
Absolutely amazing on avocado toast or paired with guacamole.
Great for dumplings & spring rolls. A personal favourite is drizzled over crispy fried prawns & calamari.
